Who is my photographer?
Robin Edwards is your photographer with more than 23 years of portrait photography experience. He has a unique portfolio of natural and dynamic family, children, headshots and pet photography.
What days and times are the studio sessions?
By Appointments Tuesday to Saturday . Except Bank Holidays.

Do I pay a deposit. When I pay for my order?
The studio fee is £75 and required to secure your appointment time. You pay for all your photographic purchase at the end of your design consultation. We take all major cards.
What is the maximum group number you can accommodate in the studio?
Up to 20 people. Under current circumstances the n number of people can be at the studio at the same time is different. Please call us for the planning,
What kind of clothing we should bring?
We recommend that you bring the clothing that feels comfortable and makes you feel good. We can discuss the details when you contact us for a consultation.
Can we bring our pet to our family studio session?
How long does it take to complete my order?
Depends on the finish and the quantity of your order, it would take 3-5 weeks
Do you also give the digital files? Can I have my photos reprinted somewhere else?
The web-res digital files may be purchased at extra cost. It is at the discretion of the photographer.
Please note that any of our photos to be printed by us unless we permitted to be reproduced somewhere else. We are proud of our photography and we would like to make sure the photos taken by us not let down by poor quality of printing.
Can I move or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can. Also reschedule your booking or transfer it to some one else if you have a gift certificate. We need 24hrs cancellation notice for the weekday appointments and a week for the weekend appointments.
How long do you keep the images and can I order more in the future?
Your chosen and ordered files are stored an outside server. Once this files are sent to server , if you request a new design consultation to see your photos there migh tbe a fee for redesigning them for the viewing.
Do you offer picture framing service?
Do you offer hair and make up service?
We don't. We can recommend a professional hair stylist or make-up artist or get you prices from local beauty salons.
Do you have bathrooms and changing rooms?
We have a WC , shower and changing room.
Do you have wheelchair access?
We are based on first floor and unfortunately there is not a lift
Do you have visitor parking spaces?
We have limited free parking spaces in front of our building. Also, Victoria Road is NOT permit holders only
What are the Terms and Conditions
Once you have purchased digital files then they can be used for sharing with your friends and family on social media sites, for work portfolios, and printing out for yourself, family and friends. These images are not to be sold or given to any third parties without prior consent.
Images that are purchased as digital files are not to be altered in any way that change the integrity of the image without prior consent.
Photographs that are taken in photographic sessions may be used by Imago Portraits for display or marketing purposes. If you would prefer any of photographs not to be used please let us know in writing.
During your studio session you can use of video recording and your own camera with prior consent.
The Design Consultation and client phone calls might be recorded for quality purposes only and not to be shared with any other parties.
Please be aware of that it is a criminal offence to copy or reproduce photographs without written consent of a photographer.
By booking a photographic session at Imago Portraits you are agreeing to all the above terms and conditions.
