Who is my photographer?
Robin Edwards is your photographer with more than 23 years of portrait photography experience. He has a unique portfolio of unposed family, children, headshots and pet photography.
What days and times are the studio sessions?
By Appointments Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm. Except Bank Holidays.
What do I expect when I book a photographic experience?
Discovery Call: when you book, the first thing we do is Discovery Call between you and Robin or Ayfer. We call it Discovery Call because it is all about discovering what makes you and your relationship unique with your loved ones. We would like to know you and what is important for you in order to capture it and present it to you in the most unique way.
Photographic Experience: On the day of the photographic shoot, we welcome you to our relaxing lounge area. You are provided with the hot/cold beverages, entertainment, a warm and friendly environment where you interact and enjoy being together with your family and friends.
Design Consultation: This is where you are presented your photos and designing them together for the best way they deserve to be displayed. We take the all the complicated things about making the right choices when it comest to displaying your photographs so that you are only left with enjoying and making the most of your whole photographic experience from the start to finish.
When do I pay?
No. The studio fee is added to your order at the end of the Design Consultation. You pay at the end of your design consultation for the studio fee and any order you may place. We take all major cards.
What is the maximum group number you can accommodate in the studio?
Up to 20 people
What kind of clothing we should bring?
We recommend you bring the clothing that feels comfortable and makes you feel good. We can discuss the details when you contact us for a consultation.
Can we bring our pet to our family studio session?
How long does it take to complete my order?
Depends on the finish and the quantity of your order, it would take 3-5 weeks
Do you also give the digital files? Can I have my photos reprinted somewhere else?
Digital files can be purchased at a separate fee.
Please note that any of our photos to be printed by us unless we permitted to be reproduced somewhere else. We are proud of our photography and we would like to make sure the photos taken by us not let down by poor quality of printing.
Can I move or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can. Also reschedule your booking or transfer it to some one else if you have a gift certificate. We need 24hrs cancellation notice for the weekday appointments and a week for the weekend appointments.
How long do you keep the images and can I order more in the future?
We try to keeping our system for at least for 12 months. At the end of the year, your files would be archived. If you miss your design consultation in 12 months from your photographic studio sitting and ask your files to be archived for a longer period there may be some charges occurring for the archiving and arranging a consultation from the scratch.
Do you offer picture framing service?
Do you offer hair and make up service?
We don't. We can recommend a professional hair stylist or make-up artist or get you prices from local beauty salons.
Do you have bathrooms and changing rooms?
We have separate Ladies, Gents and a shower room.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes. Please let us know if the wheelchair access needed. We are in a warehouse and there might be some boxes might be blocking easy access.
Do you have visitor parking spaces?
We have free parking spaces near the entrance. Please note that except landing area by our entrance, Summit Road has no parking spaces.
What are the Terms and Conditions
Once you have purchased digital files then they can be used for sharing with your friends and family on social media sites, for work portfolios, and printing out for yourself, family and friends. These images are not to be sold or given to any third parties without prior consent.
Images that are purchased as digital files are not to be altered in any way that change the integrity of the image without prior consent.
Photographs that are taken in photographic sessions may be used by Imago Portraits for display or marketing purposes. If you would prefer any of photographs not to be used please let us know in writing.
During your studio session you can use of video recording and your own camera with prior consent.
The Design Consultation and client phone calls might be recorded for quality purposes only and not to be shared with any other parties.
Please be aware of that it is a criminal offence to copy or reproduce photographs without written consent of a photographer.
