• Orders will be delivered to the school between 1-3 weeks. You will be informed by an email.

• Web-res file orders will be sent to you by email as jpeg.  If the files are too large will be sent by email attachment, then will be sent by Wetransfer. Wetransfer is free to access.

• if you wish to order a photo in a size or combination that is not listed in the options please email us at info@imagoportraits.co.uk ​

• Your photos are under our  guarantee that if you are not happy with the quality please let us know we will redo the same photo with no charge.

• For the orders total £100 and more we can also P&P to your address. Please email us your address after placing your order.
